ACA Educator Package

Definition of an Educator: I work professionally as a faculty/staff member at an academic institution.

ACA's e-Institute is an online learning system designed for child and youth development audiences—from camp and recreation professionals to afterschool staff to community-based program leaders. The e-Institute provides a mechanism for personal professional development and for training large groups of people and facilitates learning via both self-directed courses and live meetings. Certificates are available for all courses, and CEUs are available for selected courses.

Faculty may find these courses extremely helpful as supplemental learning experiences for your students that allow you to focus more specifically and with more depth during your valuable classroom time. In some cases the courses may provide you with new material with which to revitalize your existing course syllabi or may be an easy way to reinforce current content.

The purchase of the package allows you to access any/all of the course links and:

• share that link with all of your students enrolled in your courses (expires 12/31/10)
• you have access to that course link for the entire year.
• your students can submit certificates of completion (or in some cases use the courses for CEUs).
